  • Begin working on Object Poem:
  1. Typed, name/period/date at top-left
  2. Title (DO NOT REVEAL THE OBJECT'S NAME IN THE TITLE)
  3. Speaker must be object/plant (DO NOT REVEAL THE OBJECT'S NAME IN THE POEM)
  4. must include: figurative language, rhyme, alliteration
  5. Must follow a poetic form: Italian Sonnet, English Sonnet, Villanelle, or Tanka
  6. skip a line at the end and reveal what the object is
